Kathryn Goshorn MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Kathryn Goshorn MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, earned an Associate of Science in Nursing from Kent State University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She then graduated Magna Cum Laude from Walden University with her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration on Psychiatric Mental Health across a life span. She is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, and The Arizona Nurses Association. She has 10+ years of experience working with patients of all ages in the mental health population. She has treated patients with mental health issues in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings in both the State of Ohio, and Arizona.
We treat patients age 3 and over with diagnoses such as:

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation:
- Diagnostic Evaluations
- Comprehensive Interview
- Medication treatment options are thoroughly discussed
- Established patients will have the ability to text the psychiatric nurse practitioner directly with any urgent needs
Medication Management
Follow up appointments are 30 minute sessions consisting of assessing symptoms, providing medication adjustments if needed, supplement recommendations, and brief psychotherapy based on your specific needs. Review of lab work and neuropsychological testing results will also be discussed. We will continue to discuss your treatment goals to ensure you are progressing in your treatment.
